The festival offers a great place to set up your vendor booth and access the attending audience. The site features a natural amphitheatre that can easily accommodate 4,000 people, with ample room for a large number of food and merchandise concessions.
We present a family-oriented weekend of outdoor entertainment and activities. In addition to great live music on the main stage, there
is a Kid’s Korner to entertain children. The Festival will run
from 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM on Friday, August 15, and 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM on Saturday, August 16, 2008. Gates open two
hours before the first show each day.
The sites sandy
soil provides excellent drainage, after the downpour that delayed the 2007 festival, the site was not muddy and the vendor area
on top of the hill was still very accommodating.
The Central Music Festival Society is a volunteer operation and any profits from this festival will be used as seed money for 2009.
We are not limited to any particular kind of music, so we can present a wide range of musical styles performed by the finest local,
regional, national, and international performers to attract our audience.
